This marks a low point for me ingame... not because of what CCP has or has not done, but more because of what a percentage of the playerbase is doing ingame and on the forums. Still, it is just a game, and ill say my piece then carry on pewpewing as as normal.
I just dont get why people are so mad over a pixel spaceship game and stuff in the game they just dont need to be mad over.
1. The AUR store: its a feature.. you dont have to use it, you dont have to buy anything from it, you dont even have to click the button and go into it, so what difference does it make being there? If it floats your boat and you've got isk or cash to burn then use it, if not, dont. It really is that simple.
2. CQ: This will take time to evolve into its full shape, it will take time to tune to perform well on many systems and hell some people with ten year old graphics cards might even consider treating themselves to a once in a decade upgrade! I run a GT440 1GB GDDR5 (mid range)graphics card and everything runs sweet as a nut, so this means the people with the high end cards well above mine definately have no reason to complain about performance.
For the others in the lower end with shader 2 - the gripe "but I cant afford to upgrade" doesn't wash with me. You seriously expect me and others to believe that in the last ten years you've not had a spare ú60 you could have allocated to your pc experience; considering it obviously forms such a pivitol part of your life?
3. Ship Spinning: seriously??? why the hell are you playing this game in the first place if you really want to sit and spin a ship! Undock theres a whole starry world out there.
4. People fapping like 12yr olds threatening to quit. Stop fluffing and just get on with it, I personally feel its better without you splerging all over the game and forums.
For those that will no doubt tell me to die in a fire or that they dont care what my opinion is as it doesnt fit with theirs, that is indeed your problem and not mine :P
